Firstly, our establishment is only a few minutes away from the Centurion CBD in Gauteng, near Pretoria, and can be conveniently accessed by delegates travelling from elsewhere via Johannesburg, the West and East Rand, and O. R. Tambo International Airport.
Our estate is tucked away in the peaceful, quiet suburb of Clubview – the perfect place for holding private conferences, where delegates can focus and dedicate their time to the business at hand.
Secondly, our appearance, architecture, and heritage make Kleinkaap quite unique amongst other hotels with conference facilities. All the buildings and improvements, including the latest addition, our brand-new restaurant, the 16th Lintel, are based and modelled on the original structure at the premises, which was retained and lovingly restored to its present pristine condition and former glory.
Cape Dutch architecture and influence is also evident in our outdoor terraces and lovely, leafy manicured gardens and outdoor spaces. Typical old Cape-styled low capped walls delineate, separate, and surround paved outside areas, as was the custom in yesteryear’s Cape Dutch buildings’ adjoining exterior areas.
We offer five smart, elegant conference venues, as well as à la carte dining in the 16th Lintel. Expertly trained, professional multi-lingual conference staff are on hand throughout your meeting, ensuring that everything runs smoothly from your perspective. You can choose between two conference packages – half and full day – with the option of adding overnight boutique accommodation in our 34 super spacious, individually appointed en-suite bedrooms that include all the amenities and facilities you’d expect of a 4-star boutique hotel. Our accommodation rates include a full English breakfast to cap your overnight stay.
The full-day conference package runs from 08:00 to 17:00, whilst the half-day packages extend from 08:00 to 13:00. We also offer an alternative to the full-day package’s usual tea/coffee-based afternoon break – an after-conference, unwinding gin bar.
