A Premier Boutique Hotel Not Far from Pretoria
One expects any establishment of any description that is classified as “boutique” to have exclusive, unique, and unusual elements, but above all, it must be a one-of-a-kind – that is if the business is worthy of its boutique status, be it in Pretoria or anywhere else. The characteristics and features may be traditional, contemporary, chic and elegant, minimalistic, or ornate and grand.
Boutique enterprises include retail stores that specialise in exclusively made fashion garments and accessories, businesses that sell expensive vehicles that already have a collector’s value or are likely to become collectables in the future, furniture outlets that stock select pieces, as well as unique, high-class hotels that cater for limited guest numbers.
Unusual, Distinctive and Exceptional
Whatever its style, a boutique establishment must be upmarket in its entirety. This includes the concern’s location, surroundings and gardens, level and nature of patrons’ service, maintenance, attention to detail, and exclusivity. A boutique business doesn’t cater to or for the run-of-the-mill, mass-market clientele. It focuses on discerning clients or customers who want and appreciate that which is uncommon, distinctive, and exceptional.
Premier Boutique Hotel Near Pretoria
We’re delighted to introduce you to one of Pretoria’s premier boutique hotels – Kleinkaap. As our name suggests, we bring a little bit of the fairest Cape of yesteryear, but with a modern, luxurious twist, to a leafy, serene suburb not far from Pretoria – Clubview, a short distance from the Centurion business and retail hub, as well as the Centurion Gautrain station.
Our estate’s gardens are large and lush, surprising our guests with lovely hidden nooks where peace reigns supreme. The original Cape Dutch homestead that forms our main building today has been lovingly restored to its former glory – a fine example of the gracious lifestyle of the old, much larger Cape. All later additions faithfully emulate the same architectural style, as do the outdoor spaces immediately adjacent to the buildings.
Kleinkaap Boutique Hotel’s excellent restaurant, the 16th Lintel, is also a new addition. It gets its name from the first additional lintel (the 16th) that was added as a support to the structure above an opening in one of its walls. Previously, before the extensions and improvement to Kleinkaap, there had only been 15 lintels in total.
Our accommodation consists of 34 spacious suites, individually and perfectly furnished in keeping with our Cape Dutch heritage and architectural style. The en-suite bathrooms are beautifully appointed with modern amenities that artfully manage to reflect the luxury of relaxing in leisurely elegance during an era when time was seldom a pressing issue.
When you want all that you expect (and a whole lot more) from a premier, 4-star boutique hotel near Pretoria, Kleinkaap should be at the top of your list. The ratings of TripAdvisor and HotelsCombined travellers and guests agree.
