ROOM SERVICE
Order from the convenience of your room at Kleinkaap Restaurant. Menu available at button below. Restaurant open from 06h30 till 21h00.
ROOM SAFE
Enter a personal 4-6-digit code and press the LOCK key. The safe will lock automatically. The LED display will show the code entered. To open, simply key in the same code you initially entered. To close again, key in the same code or a different code and press the LOCK key and the safe will lock. The code will be erased automatically after each opening.
POWER FAILURE / LOADSHEDDING
In the unfortunate event of a power failure or loadshedding, we have a generator that will kick in within a few seconds. If you are concerned the loadshedding will effect your day, do not hesitate to reach out to reception for the loadshedding schedule of the day.
FIRE PRECAUTIONS / EMERGENCY EVACUATION
An evacuation plan is located in your room. In case of fire – immediately leave your room and inform reception. If an emergency siren goes off, safely evacuate your room and head to the nearest emergency assembly point – which can be located at the grass area next to boom gate ( Jim van der Merwe Entrance) or the grass area behind the swan pond near the Lyttleton Entrance.
SMOKING
Please respect other guests and restrict smoking to the outdoor areas only. Smoking strictly prohibited inside your room.
KLEINKAAP TUSSIE-MUSSIE
Upon arrival on your bedside table you will find a special bouquet of herbs called a tussie-mussie, picked on the day of your arrival. Run yourself a hot bath and throw your tussie-mussie in your bath. The hot water and tussie-mussie will release delightful fragrances. Relax and enjoy!
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is located at the back of our hotel. It is reserved for hotel guests only and the use thereof is at own risk. Children must always be supervised. Pool towels are available at reception.
