By entering onto the premises of the Kleinkaap Boutique Hotel, you agree that you and any minor children accompanying you, do so at your own risk. You agree that you will not hold either the Kleinkaap Boutique Hotel or the Reincil Trust, the owners of the premises, liable for any injury or fatality, which you or the minor may sustain whilst visiting the hotel and hotel grounds. You further agree that you will not hold the hotel or the Reincil Trust liable, for the loss, by theft or otherwise, of any of your personal property or damage to your property or motor car, which may occur at the premises.
